Notes from today's discussion:
Arindam reported progress with GlassFish builds. They have
trialed a subset of tests successfully, but no complete build yet.
Question about licensing build scripts: A: For anything published
to Java EE GitHub Organization, please use standard GlassFish
License: CDDL + GPL v2 w/CE). When donated to eclipse, replace
with EPL v2 + GPL w/CE. These use the "Docker-ized" build method
following GlassFish current builds. Plan to run all build jobs
with current system allocation/quota and capture how long this
will take.
Tomas K reported progress with JSON P builds. Has not
successfully signed, nor published any staging artifact yet, but
that remains the focus. Tomas will document the results of his
work in a "HowTo," once he has succeeded. (JSON P Eclipse
Build Job)
Some progress with Grizzly builds was also reported by Anand.
Next step will be to integrate Signing plugin.
Discussed publication of artifacts to Maven, for Eclipse projects
Projects can publish interim, non-final releases at any time.
There are no Eclipse procedural issues with these work-products.
Procedural requirements only impact final, promotions and
releases. So, all contributed projects can post a "stage" artifact
from their Eclipse repository at any time. The first (and
subsequent) release cannot be made until all IP clearance -- and
other eclipse Sign-off requirements are met.

I made a recording of this morning's discussion. It is just audio.
If anyone wants a copy, let me know and I will make it available
