Declaration for the m2eclipse Project

The m2eclipse project (http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/m2e) is a proposed open source project under the Eclipse Technology Project. The m2e project's primary focus will be creating a seamless integration between Maven and Eclipse. Maven is a language-agnostic, widely used tool for build and release engineering which focuses on headless operation to facilitate automation. Eclipse is the most widely used IDE and users demand parity between the IDE and headless operations, so it is natural that users are also demanding seamless integration between Maven and Eclipse.
