[eclipse-mirrors] Hungarian mirror

Although the Hungarian mirror seem to work flawlessly now for weeks, I
still don't get it in the list of available mirrors. 

If you'd like to use my resources, fix this problem please.
If you wouldn't like to use it, please tell me, so I can offer that to
some other open-source project. Thank you.
