[eclipse-mirrors] Mirror from the UK

Hi,

I've tried to switch over the Hungarian mirror to use UK mirrorservice.

My config:

RSYNC_HOST=rsync.mirrorservice.org  
RSYNC_PATH=download.eclipse.org/eclipseMirror  

But failed.
Tried sites/download.eclipse.org/eclipseMirror as well but failed as
well.

My ip is 195.70.37.16
