[eclipse-mirrors] broken permissions in the repo

In /amp/drops/nightly/0.2.0/N200909111803/ the directories compilelogs
and testresults are missing execute permission for all:

Files/directories without permission cannot be downloaded by users,
therefore they're useless in a mirror. For new trees this is
acceptable as a means of synchronizing a new release but not for
existing content. Therefore they're wiped out from our mirror.
