Platform/JDT Text:
- added Problem description hover for the Java editor. The Combined
hover tries this one before the Javadoc hover and tries the Annotation
description hover at the end
- mnemonic pass for the editor preference pages
- improved Javadoc view by using style sheets
- performance measurements, analysis and improvement
- bug fixing
