I am having zero success attempting to set up a self hosting workspace on this build.

Attempting to import external plugins:
File->Import->External Plug-ins and Fragments
Next, Next
(in the console I get: "Unhandled exception caught.....Illegal UTF8 string in constant pool

Not able to import binary plugins on 20030128
