There is already a bug report for it:
http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=16587
The work around for now is to remove comments from your script file that are located before the <project> declaration.

Running Ant doesn't seem to work from inside Eclipse - it ends up with
"Could not parse Ant file" - is this expected ?
