[ecf-dev] ECF 3.14.5 released

Howdy,

ECF 3.14.5 was released last week as part of the 2019-06 simultaneous 
release.   The primary change for ECF was the addition of a new 
filetransfer provider (used by Platform/P2) that's based upon Apache 
Httpclient 4.5.6 [1].

The ECF install/download info available here [2].

FWIW:  Most of my attention these days is on adding new remote service 
distribution providers, enhancing existing providers, or the bndtools 
enhancements at the ECF github site [3].

Contributions to either these [3] projects or the ones hosted at 
git.eclipse.org are of course always welcome.  We are in particular need 
on an update to the zookeeper discovery provider [5].
