[ecf-dev] lots of problems with builder

Hi Folks,

I'm working with the builder at [1] in preparation for ECF 3.12.1 and 
the Jenkins process seems to be hanging much more frequently than it has 
in the past.  For example, I restarted it several times just yesterday 
as per Markus' instructions.

I can't tell if it's java, tomcat, jenkins or some interaction. Anyone 
have any ideas of what can be done to unwedge it a little?
