[ecf-dev] EclipseSource-Header bug

Hi Folks,

A new bug was reported today:  a problem with the EclipseSource-Header 
[1].   Could someone familiar with what the ECF builder is currently 
doing (e.g. Wim, Harshana, Markus K) please add yourselves to this 
bug?   It seems to me (as per comment on bug) that since this header is 
not in the manifest source, it must be put in (incorrectly it seems) via 
the builder during build or packaging.   I don't know how to diagnose 
and/or fix this apparent problem or configuration error in the builder.
