[ecf-dev] Announce: ECF 3.9.3 released

ECF 3.9.3 maintenance release is complete.

tag and version qualifier.

In response to the reports about problems running the TimeService 
examples on Java7 (because of PDE bug 461163 [5]), I've created 
work-around documentation here [6].  I put links to this page on the 
download page and ECF wiki page [7].

Wim when you get a chance, please update the Eclipse marketplace version 
to 3.9.3.   Thanksinadvance.

Please socialize and promote this release as you can.

For those of you going to EclipseCon 2015 next week, enjoy the conference.
