Folks,

Mat Booth has been working on the Tycho build (thanks Matt), and hasopened a bug-with-patch that requires committer attention/approval. See[1]. It's just the removal of references to obsolete meta-data(notice.html) from the build.properties file, that apparently causes aTycho build to fail.

In any event, Wim and/or Harshana would you please approve the gerritpatch pointed to on the bug?
