Thanks! I really appreciate the quick turnaround time on this request!

Since most of the development world uses maven repos to drive their development and CI, having this available for ECF will make it accessible to more developers.

Hi Tim,

ECF 3.9.2 is going to be released on Nov 22 (week from today)... and as I'm going to be busy doing the 3.9.2 releng and satisfying other commitments, I'm going to need to wait until after Mon 22 to run the maven repo creation job.   At that point I would suggest using 3.9.2 rather than 3.9.1.
