[ecf-dev] provider features

Hi Folks,

I've posed a question about how/whether we want to refactor the features 
for ECF providers [1].  If you have needs/desires around using/consuming 
some ECF providers (e.g. r-osgi, ecf generic, jms, dnssd, zookeeper, 
zeroconf, etc)...but not others, please weigh in asap by commenting in 
response to this comment [1].
