If in the next release time frame (e.g. 1 month) we have some new 
features...then it can/should be 3.8.0. However, if in that time frame 
we just have bug fixes then I would say 3.7.2.

We should probably also discuss what plans/thoughts people have WRT 
feature work over the next few months.
