Is is possible you need to refresh?...I'm seeing 3.7.0 available via the downloads page.

If you refresh and are still getting an old page please open a bug and I'll investigate further with EF. 

In the mean time, the 3.7 p2 repo URL (on the downloads page) is here [1].
