[ecf-dev] simulation using OSGi, ECF remote services

Hi Folks,

It's my pleasure to let you all know about some terrific new work by 
Martin Petzold, Oliver Ullrich, and Ewald Speckenmeyer on using OSGi + 
ECF remote services for creating a simulation framework.  They recently 
presented a research paper about the work...see [1] for a blog posting 
and links to the paper as well as the framework itself.

Congratulations to Martin, Oliver, and Ewald...it's really cool and 
exciting stuff!

...and to the ECF committers and community...for providing support to 
Martin and the authors in their use of the ECF remote services 
implementation!
