None of the github.com/ecf content goes to eclipse.org automatically.
It's primarily meant as a home for code that is and will remain
incompatible with the EF license policies (e.g. GPL code). If your
intention is to work on code that is supposed to end up at eclipse.org,
better fork https://github.com/eclipse/ecf or
http://git.eclipse.org/c/ecf/org.eclipse.ecf.git/ instead.
