Ok then. Let's push the commit mails to ecf-dev@ first and see how it goes. If this becoming an annoy to devs, we shall start pushing mails to a separate channel then. So +1 to go ahead.

I'd vote -1 for commits going to ecf-dev and +0 for commits going to ecf-commits (or whatever). I'm likely to unsubscribe from ecf-dev if it gets regularly spammed with commits, especially since all this information can be acquired via git log origin/master.
