[ecf-dev] Please do not change .launch configs used by automated testing

Hi,

launch configs located in o.e.ecf.tests* projects named after the
project should not be adapted to local environments. This is because
they get used by the build machine to run automated unit tests.
Especially the list of bundles started, must not be changed [0].
