Hi Scott,

We are using the RFC119 implementation. We started to use it because it was going to be an OSGi specification. Now that the RFC119 is no longer valid, what could be the reason to keep this going. We were aware that the work was based on a draft spec and we are more than happy to switch to the new spec even if this is would require refactoring. 

Please note that we are not in production yet so it is easy for me to say.
