[ecf-dev] Skype plugin on Linux does not install

I finally got around to installing the Skype pluing on LInux and got
the following error. Does anyone knwo what's going on? The WIndows
version of SKype seemed to install and work correctly. I used the
location http://ecf1.osuosl.org/repo
 -ted

not be found.
