[ecf-dev] RFC 119 work

Hi Folks,

I've just posted a new blog entry [1] about the recently-done work on 
our implementation of RFC 119 [2].

Although there's of course much more work to do prior to release, we now 
have something that we and others can test, and that should be usable by 
us and others at EclipseCon and for ECF 3.0/Galileo release as well as 
for the ECF book.

Thanks particularly go to Markus for putting in so much work on 
discovery over the past few months, but thanks go to Jan, Marcelo, 
Ted...and a special thanks to the folks at Siemens (Thomas, Phillip, and 
Viktor) for the team effort (and for the work yet to come).

Onwards and upwards!
