[ecf-dev] Storing/Retrieving user accounts/etc using Equinox secure stor

I've started a wiki page describing how to use the new IDStore and 
IContainerStore (in 2.1 plugin org.eclipse.ecf.storage plugin) to 
securely save and restore ECF IDs and IContainers.  This can/will (after 
2.0.0/Ganymede release) to support securely saving user 
account/passwords and then automatically connecting/logging in to 
restored accounts upon restart.

Any thoughts/comments/criticisms welcome.  I've just started it, and 
will be adding to it as time goes on, so at this point it's just a 
draft...but early and often feedback will be helpful to guage interest.
