[ecf-dev] Announcement: ECF 1.0.2 now available

Hi ECFers,

ECF version 1.0.2 is available now via Project Download page [1].  Bugs 
fixed in 1.0.2 [2].  ECF Extras 1.0.2 also available at [3].

Thanks particularly go to the 1st BugDay contributors [4] and Chris 
Aniszczyk.  ECF had great community participation [5] and is much 
improved for it!  Please keep up the great work.  Here are the 1st

Now, we move onto 1.1 and begin work on the Ganymede Stream [6].  I'm
