Hi Folks,
An update...we have IP approval (see IPZilla link below) for using
IRCLib 1.10. Thanks to Christoph Schwering for doing the work, making
the contribution and responding to the Foundation info requests.
I filed a bug/enhancement to do the IRCLib update work for ECF IRC
provider: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=166418
Also, this update should deal with this bug:

If others would like to assign themselves these bugs and do this
changeover please feel free. I probably won't get to it in next day,
but intend to try to address it before 0.9.4 (scheduled for Dec 2).
