[ecf-dev] Provider type name changes

Hi Folks,
In the interest of beginning to standardize and routinize the
development of ECF Providers, I've made some significant changes to the
provider type names given to the existing set of ECF providers.
Specifically, I've attempted to standardize the names such that they all
are similarly structured. See below for an html table (now also copied
into the ECF documentation) that shows the supported protocol, the
provider type name, implementation plugin and available adapters for
each provider.
