[dali-dev] Internal class leakage into public API

For M6, we had some internal classes exposed on our public API related 
to entity joining strategies (join column, join tables, etc.)  We are 
planning on rectifying that for M7.

This bug:
   https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=269581
details the problem and changes.  It should be minimal for extenders, 
who should only need to change import statements.

We are planning to release these changes as soon as they are approved.
