[dali-dev] Markus Kuppe Commiters status substantiations

Hi,

Markus has been involved with the DALI project for sometime - and during
that time he has progressed from a regular user to now being an
important member of the development team that currently forms the DALI
project. Besides his code contributions, he continually participates on
the mailing list, the conference calls and in bugzilla comments.

Below is a list of tasks he was involved in since he joined the Dali
project:

BugFixes:
130578 PersistenceFile.persistenceObjectAt(int anOffset) returns null in
some cases
128879 PersistencePropertiesView is not populated/updated/initialized
when PersistenceOutlineView closed/disabled
131312 The SelectionTrackerAdapterFactory creates more than one
ISelectionTracker per IWorkbenchPart
131313 PersistenceOutline isn't set to an EmptyComposite when a WST XML
editor is activated or brought to top
135100 plugin.properties missing for selection and binding projects

Enhancement:
135253 add support for @OrderBy Annotation
135074 UI binding framework should be ported from JSR220-ORM pro

Although this list seems to be too short to issue committer status to
Markus, we feel, that two facts justify this step.

Especially his fix/solution to bug 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=135074
clearly stands out as a major contribution to the DALI project.
Additionally Markus has proven his responsibility and deep knowledge
publicly in other Open Source Projects (MLDonkey/G2Gui)
