Thanks for doing the PR. I agree on the release date – with Jakarta EE 11 currently targeted to Q1 2024 it probably better to push back into 2024

It came up on the Jakarta EE Platform call that we still need a pull created for the Concurrency release plan, and I was asked to get one created, which I did
here, copying from the examples that were out there for other specs, our existing
release plan that we created earlier, and the email from Ed Burns below.
Now that I’ve seen the expected release date for Java 21 being September, the Dec 6 date from our original plan seems too soon to have compatible implementations ready (which would need to be
compiling against Java 21 and at a sufficient point to have a stable alpha or beta out that the TCK can run against and be fully passing), so we might want to move that out further. The information in the pull does not directly include a date, but links to
the release plan which has the date in it.
