fyi: we deployed now a new version of the signing service that utilizes Google KMS as a backend. This solution should be much more scalable and hopefully bring the build times back to normal.

Furthermore, we released also a new version of our maven plugins (version 1.5.0) to indicate that they are thread-safe. So if you run maven in parallel mode you should not see any warnings anymore afaict.
