[corev-dev] Committer Election for Jonathan Balkind on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores has started

A committer election for Jonathan Balkind on project OpenHW Group CORE-V
Cores (openhw.corev) was started by Jérôme Quévremont with this criteria:

Jonathan Balkind is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer
Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

At the OpenHW Group, he is known as the Lead Architect of OpenPiton, which
allows to build multi/many-core processors from the CVA6 core.
He is the co-chair of the OpenHW Group's Interconnect task group, newly
formed.
He recently kicked off the CVA6 Platform projec

It is my pleasure to nominate Jonathan as a committer on OpenHW Group CORE-V
