[corev-dev] Committer Election for Mary Bennett on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores has started

A committer election for Mary Bennett on project OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores
(openhw.corev) was started by Jeremy Bennett with this criteria:

Mary Bennett has been a member of Embecosm's GNU tools team since 2016, and
has been contributing to the CORE-V GCC
(https://github.com/openhwgroup/corev-gcc) and gdb-binutils
(https://github.com/openhwgroup/corev-binutils-gdb) projects since 2020. She
is responsible for the xcvhwlp and xcvmac support in the GNU assembler &
linker and for xcvmac and xcvbitmanip support in GCC. She is now sharing the
task of upstreaming CORE-V GNU tools support with Nandni Jamnadas (project
lead) and Pietra Ferreira.

Mary also chairs the weekly OpenHW GCC technical call for all contributors to
the project.

Mary is already well known in the RISC-V community, having served as Head of
University Outreach for the RISC-V Foundation over three years.

It is my pleasure to nominate Mary as a committer on OpenHW Group CORE-V
Cores.
