[corev-dev] Committer Election for Ross Thompson on OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores has started

A committer election for Ross Thompson on project OpenHW Group CORE-V Cores
(openhw.corev) was started by David Harris with this criteria:

Ross is the technical lead on the CORE-V Wally LSU, IFU, Linux Boot, FPGA,
and other subsystems.

He has made 1214 commits to the Wally project in the past year and over 200
commits to CORE-V-Wally since it has moved to OpenHW about 2 weeks ago,
including 16 pull requests.
He has resolved 6 issues posted to the GitHub repo in the past two weeks: 1,
3, 4, 5, 46, 47.
He has reviewed 2 pull requests made by David Harris, the other committer.

It is my pleasure to nominate Ross as a committer on OpenHW Group CORE-V
Cores.

Thank you,

David Harris
