Hi Vivian, this look like a better approach. I think the only thing you need to
keep from my patch is to keep the sourceTemplateFeature folder (but delete
build.properties) and get rid of sourceTemplatePlugin folder completly. The we
only have one feature to update!

Including source features from binary featues doesn't work so well as we found
that the manage features dialog will show a red X on the feature beucase it
doens't exist by default.
