The latest CPP Ganymede SR2 package is still missing a provider for the
org.eclipse.cdt.mylyn feature. 

I also noticed that org.eclipse.cdt.mylyn uses a different branding plug-in
than org.eclipse.cdt. It could make sense to use the same branding plug-in to
group both features in the About dialog.
