Please give the latest build (I.I200803070807) a try.  I was able to use it in
the Update Manager.

I noticed that some recent builds aren't extracting properly.  I didn't make
any changes to the zip-up part of the Ant build script and the build logs for
those builds were error-free so I'm not very sure what is the problem.
