Steps To Reproduce:
1.Install Eclipse. Help->Software updates->Find&Install
2.add cdt-master CDT update zip
3.Install CDT SDK.  
4. Run software updates again.
    See "CDT 4.0.0..." available to be installed.
   Would be confusing to new users who think
"Didn't I already install that?"
