Hi,
Just checked CDT.setup from another PC - it used to work but now it has
similar problems. Please submit bugzilla ticket for me.

I updated my environment to 2019-12. I have some problems to update
the Api Baseline. I can see errors in "Target platform", item
"cdt-baseline" sections, saying

Am I missing anything? I just pulled the master branch.
