OK, then it must be the same thing. The bug is here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=529121 The way CMake generates the CDT project files isn't really recommended but if the community that uses it wants to maintain the CDT to continue to work with those files, I'd be happy to apply patches for them.
