Actually, it turns out today is the last day for respins. I've updated master to build into a kepler directory and have fired it off. I'll do the same for 8.1.x soon.

Hey gang, our legal paperwork is in order and we're cleared to release.

Today is also the last day for non-emergency, non-requiring-approval-from-higher-beings respins. Assuming we're clear. I'll create the branch for CDT 8.1.x from the commit we used to create to create the last build.
