Hmm, just realized, that this looks like a platform UI issue, since it
also happens with almost all popups.
- In the C/C++ Perspective, hovering over a function name, and then
clicking into the preview.
- In debug perspective, when I hover over a variable (e.g. a struct) and
try to go down into it in the popup, the dialog also closes as soon as I
click into the dialog.

When I go over a macro, the hover pops up .. Ok.
But when hovering into it to get the MacroExpansion Dialog, the Macro
Expansion Dialog pops op but automatically closes quite quickly.
Btw., the CTRL+= (actually on german layout it is CTRL+Shift+=) does
not work.
