Re: [cdt-dev] Build Configs in Navigator

+1 for adding the Build Configurations to the Project Navigator.
But we should then clean up the context menu for this entries (only Build, Clean, Remove, Edit). E.g. the Binaries folder shows too much (I don't need Team, Compare With, Replace With, Make Targets, Ressource Configuration etc.).

+1 for removing the Includes
I use it only to check the scanner discovery. But this can be also done in the Project Properties (Paths and Symbols).
