RE: [cdt-dev] DSF: "No debug context" in DSF disassembly view

This problem is a consequence of a bug in Eclipse 3.5M5 which is
resolved with M6.
The same bug is also responsible for the non-enablement of a few toolbar
buttons in the Debug view.
