[cdt-dev] Template: setting CDT launch configuration

I made my cdt template plug-in, to make faster creation of a kind of C
dll project for my group.
I would like my template to set a launch configuration for the project
just created, with type "C/C++ Local Application", and set project and
C/C++ application to a given path.
Is it possible, programmatically?
