hi,
        "starter.exe" can not copy to the right place automatically in CDT 4.0 RC3,        It is a serious problem to a beginer.

        OS: windows XP

        now, only "spawner.dll" "winreg.dll" two files in my folder:
eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.osgi\bundles\39\1\.cp\os\win32\x86\
