Hey gang,

I have created a bug for the Content Assist plan item that I have on the 4.0 Plan. This item is to port content assist to use SKIP_ALL_HEADERS and use the PDOM to find completion proposals. Bryan, my co-op student for this term, will be the working on this. If you have any suggestions and feedback, please add comments to the bug.
