[cdt-dev] Update conflict!

I do get this error message while updating cdt

"Requested operation cannot be performed because it would invalidate the
current configuration. See details for more information.
  Eclipse C/C++ Development Tooling SDK (2.0.0): Update conflict detected
(see details). Please deselect this update and try again."

I have tried to delete sdk3.0.0, but to no avail.

What other step should I take?
