Hey all, we'd like to put in a fix for:

        https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=68786

The binary parser tab for managed make was put into the error parser's 
page in the preferences. However, it is pretty hard to find there (unless 
you're lucky!). This simply changes the string on the preference to more 
accurately reflect that both tabs are there. Should be very low risk.
